Passport & Visa

All foreigners wishing to enter Indonesia must have a Passport valid for at least six (6) months from the date of arrival along with proof (tickets) on onward or return passage. Please make sure that you are aware of all entry requirements and please contact the Indonesian Embassy/Consulate in your country before the congress in order to check if you require any other immigration procedures to visit Indonesia.

Free Tourist Visa Indonesia now provides special Short Stay Visa Free facilities for tourists who are nationals of total 169 countries who wish to travel to Indonesia. Tourist Visa Free Facilities are valid for 30 days, are non-extendable and cannot be transferred into any other type of stay permit.

LETTER OF INVITATION

Invitation letter or other necessary documents to obtain Indonesia Visa will be provided by the Secretariat of The 23rd Asian Actuarial Conference (AAC 2020) based on request. However this letter aims to assist participants for their travel to Indonesia and does not imply any commitment for the Organization Committee to provide financial support.
